Omniscopic explores THE EMOTIONAL TOLL OF MASS SURVEILLANCE. As physical and digital surveillance evolves during the show and is projected live onto the set and environment, audience and performer become observers and observed to help us understand each others’ fears of being watched and desires to be seen. The performance displays an awareness of the emotional toll of mass surveillance and demands a shared responsibility for improving the psychological, social, and environmental well-being of humans in a media-filled society.
